Welcome to Road Warrior Trailers (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store, and related services. By accessing our website or purchasing from us—whether online or in person—you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms.

1. General Information

Road Warrior Trailers designs and manufactures custom, high-end motorsport trailers and haulers, and offers related parts, accessories, and branded merchandise through our online store.

By using our website or purchasing any product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

2. Quotations and Custom Orders

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Orders for custom trailers are confirmed only once a deposit has been received.
Any design or specification changes requested after confirmation may result in additional costs and revised lead times.
All drawings, concepts, and designs remain the property of Road Warrior Trailers until full payment is received.

3. Deposits, Payments & Ownership

A deposit is required to confirm all custom trailer builds.
The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to collection or delivery.
Ownership of goods remains with Road Warrior Trailers until full payment has been cleared.
For online purchases, full payment is required at the time of checkout.

4. Online Store Purchases

When purchasing through our online store, you agree to the following:

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update prices, product descriptions, or availability at any time without notice.
Payment can be made securely using accepted payment methods (e.g. credit/debit card, PayPal, Afterpay, etc.).
You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful checkout.
If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a refund or suitable replacement.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout.
All items are shipped via reputable couriers and freight companies; however, delivery times cannot be guaranteed once dispatched.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details.
Any delivery issues, damage, or missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Large custom trailer deliveries will include specific collection or delivery arrangements, outlined in your build agreement.

6. Returns & Refunds

Custom Trailers:

Due to the bespoke nature of each build, custom trailer orders are non-refundable once production has commenced. Any approved changes may incur additional costs.

Online Store Items:

We comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees your rights to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item is faulty or not as described.

For change-of-mind returns or exchanges:

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned store items (excluding faulty or incorrect products).
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method once the returned goods are inspected and approved.

7. Warranty

All Road Warrior Trailers are built to comply with relevant Australian Design Rules (ADRs) and undergo strict quality checks before delivery.
Warranty coverage varies by product and will be specified at the time of sale.

Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Misuse, neglect, or overloading
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or poor maintenance

8. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All text, images, videos, and designs on this website are the intellectual property of Road Warrior Trailers and are protected by copyright law.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed for commercial use without prior written consent.
While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions, images, or prices are always error-free.

9. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Any personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and is used only for processing orders, customer service, and after-sales support.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Road Warrior Trailers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products.
Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the affected product in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Australian Consumer Law in the courts of Victoria.
